Technical Service
How long does a typical repair take?
Diagnosis takes up to 24h. Common repairs (battery, screen, charging port) are ready in 2 to 5 hours. Microsoldering work may take 3–5 days.
What happens if the device can't be repaired?
We'll be straight with you. Diagnosis has a cost from $15,000 CLP depending on the device. You'll be told whether a repair is possible and receive a quote. If you go ahead, the $15,000 is discounted from the total. If not, you only pay for the diagnosis.
Do you use original or compatible parts?
We use original parts whenever available. If the only option is a quality-compatible part, we tell you before proceeding — you decide.
Can I wait while you repair it?
For quick jobs like battery replacements or formatting, yes. Motherboard repairs need lab time.
Do you offer on-site service?
For security camera installation, yes. For device repair (notebooks, phones, tablets), the device needs to come into our lab for a proper diagnosis. We're evaluating better options for the future.

Yes, we install in apartments, houses, offices, and commercial spaces. We evaluate the space and design the layout before running any cable.
What happens to storage during a power outage?
The NVR can be equipped with a UPS to keep recording during brief outages. Already-recorded footage is not lost — recording just pauses until power is restored.
Do the cameras work at night?
Yes. All cameras we install have active infrared night vision, with range from 20 to 80 meters depending on the model.
How much does annual maintenance cost?
It depends on the number of cameras, the system, and site access. Ask us for a tailored quote — it typically includes lens cleaning, connection checks, and firmware updates.

Does the price include hosting and domain?
Yes, the first year is included in the project price. Following years renew separately — we'll notify you in advance.
